Description

The flat ground spreads wide along Sapgyocheon (river) to Sapgyo-eup’s Yongdong-ri and Seong-ri, Godeok-myeon’s Yong-ri, Guman-ri, Sangjang-ri and Daechon-ri. The broad Sapgyo Plain shining brightly by the early fall’s morning sun, if looked down from the Sapgyo Ggotsan-bong (peak), appears to be fluctuating gold waves, which delivers a breathtaking view.

The rice harvested in fertile soil of golden fields using Yedangho’s (lake) clean and rich water is high-quality and fresh one called Hwanggeumssal (golden rice) that is processed and selected in the general rice processing plant with the latest facilities.
