Employees of companies located in Yesan County or employees of public institutions defined in Article 2, Clause 2 of the Special Law on the Creation and Development of Innovation Cities, who are transferring to Yesan County from other cities or counties. |

| Support for Naturalized Citizens |
Individuals who have acquired South Korean citizenship and have resided continuously in Yesan County for one year or more. |
